Dear White Teacher is a podcast and platform that discusses building authentic and strategic relationships with our black and brown students. More often than not, there will be more white teachers teaching our students in urban settings. My thought is if we can help them and provide tools and resources and a place to hear what our students need, we then give our students a greater chance of success.

•While focused on white teachers, all administrators and teachers working in urban schools and settings.
•Parents with children in urban schools
