leadershipShield

Our mission is to positively affect young,
African American youth by exposing them
to men and women from a variety of
creative and professional experiences to
enhance, mentor, and sow into adulthood.

Dreams Academy serves African American males, ages 10-15. Led by a team of adult professional men, Dreams Academy engages young men through activities and dialogue, exposes them to male leadership from across the community and beyond, and enhances their confidence, mental wellness, and self-esteem to help them recognize themselves as young leaders. They also discuss and actively experience topics such as etiquette, financial capability, hygiene, and more!
